Return Policy



If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will accept the return of your purchase in their original condition (unworn, unwashed with original labels attached) within 14 working days from the date the order is dispatched. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size if preferred.


The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect order.


When do I get my refund?

We will refund your payment card account and you will be emailed once we have completed the transaction. We aim to refund your card within 10 working days (this includes bank clearance of 3 days). Please note you will not be returned shipping costs.


What if my item is faulty?

If there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us at and return the goods with a note explaining what the fault is. We will exchange the item, arrange a credit note or offer a full refund. We will arrange a full refund also for return postage should the item prove to have a genuine fault.


What if I received the wrong item?
If we have made a mistake on an order we will refund the postage charges incurred by you sending back the goods. We will send out the correct order as soon as we receive the items sent.

What are the return shipping costs?

If you are returning your order for a different size, color or style - the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We will only cover return shipping if the fault is ours.
Please note this cost also occurs if you miss an attempted delivery and your order is not collecting your local sorting office after 7 days.
